IMANTS BRILS film director	Member of the Filmmakers Union of Latvia.

Graduated from the All-Union Institute of Cinematography ( VGIK ), Film Director’s Department, in Moscow in 1965 . In the period from 1965 till 1995 worked as film director in Riga Documentary Film Studio, from 1996 – in the studio, Kaupo Filma. Made 2 full – length documentaries, as well 34 short documentaries and about 80 newsreels.
