INVESTIGATION OF RELATED EVENTS Fiction, Surrealistic criminal drama, 1993 The young director's subjective look at the post-modern world, where the chaotic interplay among the traditional Western worldview, modern cultural revelations and media generated mythology, guestions the nature of our own existence. It is a story about a murder. A young man Rihards becomes involved in the investigation of his friend's death. He finds out, that he can no longer avoid confronting the surrounding world, where the manipulation with beliefs, events, dreams, myths and symbols serves as an instrument of his subversion. Through the process of investigation Rihard meets open and covert violence. He starts an uneven fight. However, the superior violence breaks him.
